Hi there,

I’m Taylor and my Mum is Yvonne.

Mum is helping me to create a meaningful future by supporting me as we make handcrafted jewellery, made with love, that incorporates the fun things I love to do (like travel, being outside, as well as painting and anything sensory).

Our stone jewellery is made from stones we collect on our travels around New Zealand and we can share with you the origins of each piece and even make a piece especially for you.

The painted pendants are from creations I paint and then Mum puts them in the pendants for me.

Because we love our world and everything in it, we try to use only natural, home compostable and organic products where possible, that are kind for the environment and cruelty free.  Even all our packaging is recycled.

Shop policies

Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all items within 2 working days from receipt of order and payment. If there is any delay with your order we will contact you directly. Shipping is calculated at checkout and will vary depending on location and method of shipping chosen. All items will have a minimum of a courier track and trace, unless being hand delivered or collected from market or instore.  The tracking number will be emailed to you when your item is ready for courier collection.  Please contact the courier directly for tracking information.  

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or a refund (if your product is defective). To be eligible for a return or refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at kaiwairualimited@gmail.com to start the process. If your return is accepted, you will need to return the item as noted above to the address given during our return conversation. You can always contact us if you have any questions at kaiwairualimited@gmail.com. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days unless we both decide that a direct credit your bank is more appropriate. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
