Delivery charges

We are an online marketplace made up off various small businesses from across the country. Orders are sent from individual suppliers, so when ordering different products they will arrive separately in the post (who doesn’t like lots of parcels in the mail right?!).

This does mean that when ordering from different suppliers there will be multiple delivery charges (just as would happen when ordering from different websites), so our suppliers have endeavoured to keep their delivery costs as low as possible.

The delivery charge is displayed at checkout as one combined total called ‘Delivery from individual suppliers’.

Thank you in advance for shopping local – you may very well be supporting your neighbour only two doors down!


Delivery timeframe

Our standard delivery time is 4-5 working days unless specified on the listing.

Some orders can take longer if an order is custom made; then the timeframe will be specified under the product listing description. In this scenario please ignore the standard delivery timeframe and go by what is specified on the listing.

If you are purchasing from different suppliers and one has a custom timeframe and the other doesn’t specify, then you will receive the regular order within 5-7 days and the custom order as specified.


Returns

We understand that mistakes do happen so in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product or an item that is not to a high quality standard, please let us know by emailing hello@twodoorsdown.co.nz and we will either arrange a replacement or refund the item.

Unfortunately items are not eligible for a refund if you change your mind about your purchase so please choose carefully.
