Wilding and Co. Organic Threads sprouted from the birth of my youngest wilding in 2015. Here was this little person who has such a strong individual personality, so finding clothing for him that would support his individuality but not over shine it became our mission. Our philosophy is a multifaceted one – We wanted to make clothing that was unisex, that let the childs’ personality shine, was as unique as the person wearing it, and was easily teamed with other pieces. Yet we also wanted to wrap our babies in cloth that contained no nasty chemicals, cloth that was sustainably grown, and ethically produced; cloth that didn’t put any more pressure on an already stressed earth. We wanted this cloth to be durable enough to stand the test of childhood, and able to be passed down to younger generations
