SECTION 1 – TERMS OF SERVICE
This website is operated by Two Doors Down (referred to throughout this site as “we”, “us” or “our”). Two Doors Down offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Two Doors Down reserves the right to make changes to the information on this website at any time and without notice.
SECTION 2 – PRICING & PAYMENT POLICY
All prices on this website are in New Zealand Dollars NZ$ and inclusive of GST, but are exclusive of delivery charges, and are only effective in New Zealand. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time without notice.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal as forms of payment, through our Paypal platform.
SECTION 3 – AVAILABILITY AND SUPPLY OF PRODUCT
While we endeavour to keep inventory levels up to date, there may be minor discrepancies between this website and physical stock on hand. In the unlikely event that the product ordered is no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.
SECTION 4 – PRODUCT INFORMATION
We will take reasonable care to ensure that the description of our product on this site is accurate. However, if there is an error in the process of listing a product, or a technical error in processing your order, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
In addition, there may be some colour variations between our digital photo’s, viewing monitors and the actual product. We cannot warrant that the products you receive will be identical to those displayed in photographs or on your monitor.
SECTION 5 – CANCELLING ORDERS
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been made. If you process an order in error, please contact us at hello@twodoorsdown.co.nz
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title and interest in all intellectual property of all concepts, graphics and other material is the exclusive property Two Doors Down
SECTION 7 – RETURN POLICY
On the rare occasion that a full priced item is faulty or fails to meet your expectations, Two Doors Down agrees to provide a replacement, online store credit or refund.
Sale items are non refundable and cannot be exchanged unless faulty.
If you intend to return an item you must contact Two Doors Down first to discuss the issue and the steps required to process the refund.
SECTION 8 – PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
SECTION 9 – CONSENT
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
